The Replacement HypoAllergenic UltraFine Disposable Filters for ResMed AirSense 11 Series CPAP Machines are exclusively designed and cut to the specific needs of a ResMed AirSense 10 Series CPAP Machines.  The intake area of the machine is a certain size and should only use the proper filters designed for that machine to ensure proper filtration. The CPAP machine filter the air pollutants as it provides the user with filtrated positive airway pressure.  Without the air filter, the user would be breathing the air quality that is in the room with no added filtration.
